Terms of Use

The Reaper's Table · Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and RhavaApps Ltd (company number [company number], registered office [registered office address]), called "we" or "us" below, about your use of The Reaper's Table (the "game"), on the website or in the app. By playing, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to the Community Rules in section 4. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. Who can play

Anyone can play practice games against computer players.
Online tables and chat are for players aged 13 and over.
If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to play and to buy coins.

2. Your account

When you play online, we create a guest account for you automatically. You can link it to Google to keep your progress on other devices. If you play as a guest and clear your browser data or lose your device, your progress can't be recovered.
Choose a player name that follows the Community Rules. Names are first come, first served, and we may remove or change a name that breaks the rules.
Keep your device and your Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

3. Coins, items and chests

Coins and ranked coins are virtual currencies, and outfits, chairs, tables, card backs, card effects and gloves are virtual items, for use in the game only. They have no real-world money value, can't be exchanged for money or anything else, and can't be sold, traded or transferred to anyone.
When you get coins or items, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game while your account exists. You don't own them.
You earn coins by playing and levelling up. You earn ranked coins only by winning ranked matches (currently 10 per win), and there are daily limits on how many coins and ranked coins games can pay out.
On the website you can buy coins with a card or another payment method through Stripe, our payment provider. To buy, you need to be signed in with Google. Stripe takes the payment under its own terms and we never see your full card details. In the App Store version you can buy coins with Apple In-App Purchase instead. Apple's terms apply to those payments, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Ranked coins can't be bought.
Coins are digital content that we supply as soon as you buy them. When you buy, you agree to us supplying them straight away and you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the coins are added. This doesn't affect your other legal rights: if something you bought doesn't work as described, or you were charged but didn't get your coins, contact us.
Your coins, ranked coins, items and rewards are kept and checked on our servers. Anything added by changing the game, its data or its network traffic isn't valid, and we may remove it.
Chests give you one random item. The chance of each rarity is shown in the store before you open one:
The Mystery Chest (1,000 coins) gives an item from the store: currently common 40%, rare 30%, epic 18%, legendary 9% and mythic 3%. If you already own it, you get half its price back in coins (up to 1,500 coins).
The Reaper's Vault (6,000 coins) gives an item you can only get from the Vault: currently epic 48%, legendary 36% and mythic 16%. Within the rarity you roll, you always get an item you don't have yet if there is one. If you already own every item of that rarity, you get 2,400 coins back.
The Champion's Reliquary (100 ranked coins) gives an item you can only get from the Reliquary, with the same chances as the Vault. Within the rarity you roll, you always get an item you don't have yet if there is one. If you already own every item of that rarity, you get 40 ranked coins back.
We may change prices, items, chances and game balance, add or remove items, and correct mistakes, for example coins or items added by a bug. If we ever stop running the game, we'll give you reasonable notice in the game.

4. Community Rules

The Reaper's Table is for everyone, so there is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players. You must not:

bully, harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
post hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise discriminatory content;
post sexual, violent or graphic content, or anything illegal;
share personal information about yourself or anyone else, such as addresses, phone numbers, school names or social media accounts;
spam, advertise, or try to get players to contact you outside the game;
use a player name that is offensive or breaks these rules.

Chat is filtered for rude words and limited to stop spam. You can mute any player (tap their name), switch chat to quick replies only or turn it off in Profile, and report a player from the chat or the waiting room. We review every report. We may remove names or messages, and mute, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without warning if it's serious.

5. Fair play

Don't cheat, hack, modify or tamper with the game, its data or its servers. Don't use bots, scripts or exploits, interfere with other players' games, or try to get at data that isn't yours. We may reset progress or close accounts that benefit from cheating or from exploiting bugs.

6. Our content

The game, including its code, artwork, characters, music, sounds and text, belongs to RhavaApps Ltd or the people who license it to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which we can withdraw, to play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of yourself playing.

7. Your content

Your player name and the messages you post are your content. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, show and remove them so we can run the game. Only post content you have the right to post.

8. The game will change

We keep working on the game. We may update, change or remove features, and the game may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of an internet problem. Online features need an internet connection.

9. Ending things

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons. If we close an account that hasn't broken these terms, we'll try to tell you first.

10. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, or for business losses, because the game is for personal entertainment only.
If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we'll either repair the damage or pay you fair compensation.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. If you got the game from the App Store

These terms are between you and RhavaApps Ltd only, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the game or its content.
The licence in section 6 lets you use the game on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
If the game doesn't meet any warranty that applies to it, you can tell Apple and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. As far as the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game. We are responsible for any other claims, losses or costs caused by the game not meeting a warranty.
Apple isn't responsible for dealing with any claims about the game or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that it doesn't meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar laws. We deal with those as these terms explain.
If anyone claims that the game or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and dealing with the claim.
You confirm that you're not in a country that is under a US Government embargo or that the US Government has designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you're not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the game, such as your mobile network's terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

12. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about the game in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you can also bring them in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland you can also bring them in Northern Ireland.
If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. That won't reduce your rights.
